Project Overview

Built from scratch for Rithu Jewellery, this mobile billing application keeps jewellery stock, staff activity, customer billing, and chit scheme tracking in one reliable system. Built through a Firebase serverless application architecture, the app uses Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore, and Cloud Functions for a scalable, cloud-native experience. Barcode scanning via mobile camera enables fast stock inward and outward movement so tray stock and system stock stay aligned. Both GST and Without GST billing modes are available.

GST Billing

Full GST-ready invoice with 3% GST for gold jewellery, making charges, wastage calculations, stone charges, old gold exchange, and discounts. GST number printed on invoice.

Without GST Billing

Non-GST invoice mode for transactions where GST is not applicable. Clean invoice format without GST fields. Switchable per bill at the time of creation.
