Executive Summary
LOOMEK is not a food delivery application. LOOMEK is an AI-First Loomek Platform designed to unify on-demand services — delivery, mobility, logistics, and professional services — within a single intelligent ecosystem serving Bharat (Tier-2, Tier-3, and rural India).
This document defines the long-term product vision, architectural philosophy, and strategic roadmap for LOOMEK over a five-year horizon. It serves as the master blueprint guiding all development phases, from the current MVP through national scale and international readiness.
The architecture is built on ten foundational principles: AI-readiness, plugin-based extensibility, universal search, sub-2-second performance, independent scalability, zero vendor lock-in, full API documentation, complete audit logging, payment traceability, and modular replaceability — scaling seamlessly from 100 users to 10 million users without fundamental redesign.
