Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Dreamwell Technologies subscription at any time. To cancel, please contact us via:

We require 30 days written notice for cancellation. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period plus the 30-day notice period.

2. Setup Fee Refund

Setup fees are refundable under the following conditions:

• Within 30 days of purchase: Full refund of the setup fee, no questions asked.
• After 30 days: Setup fees are non-refundable as they cover the cost of initial product configuration, customization, and onboarding.

3. Monthly Subscription Refund

Monthly subscription charges are non-refundable for the current billing period. Once we receive your cancellation notice, no further charges will be made after the 30-day notice period ends. If you have been charged for a billing period that begins after your cancellation date, that charge will be refunded in full within 7 business days.

4. One-Time Purchase Refund

Products sold as one-time purchases (e.g., Customized Website) are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if the deliverable has not yet been completed and deployed. Once the product has been delivered and deployed, the fee is non-refundable.

5. Refund Process

1. Submit your cancellation/refund request via WhatsApp or email.
2. Our team will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and confirm eligibility.
3. Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days via the original payment method (Stripe).
4. You will receive a confirmation email/WhatsApp message once the refund is processed.

Note: Refund processing time depends on your bank or card issuer and may take an additional 5-10 business days to appear in your account.

6. Data After Cancellation

After cancellation, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for reactivation. After 30 days, all data associated with your account will be permanently deleted. You may request a data export before cancellation at no additional cost.
