📋 Terms & Conditions

1. Payment: 40% advance on acceptance, 30% at Phase 3 completion, 30% at final delivery.
2. GST @ 18% applicable extra on all amounts as per Indian tax laws.
3. Third-party API costs (Google Maps, Razorpay, SMS Gateway, GLM API) billed at actuals.
4. Server/infrastructure costs not included — will be billed separately or managed by client.
5. 90-day free bug-fix support from production launch date.
6. Source code ownership transferred to client upon full payment.
7. Scope changes beyond original requirements billed at ₹1,500/hour.
8. This quotation is valid for 30 days from the date of issue.
9. Phase 6 (CR-001 — Architecture Vision Document) already delivered at no additional cost.
10. Phases 4–6 can be deferred; Phases 1–3 constitute the original MVP scope.
